About Me

Hello, I’m Lisa, the owner and sole bookkeeper behind Lisa Butler Bookkeeping, LLC, based in Fultonville, NY. Leveraging cloud technology, I provide bookkeeping services to business owners nationwide, allowing them to stay focused on growing their businesses.

I hold a BS in Accounting and an MBA from The College of Saint Rose. My career began in various accounting roles at a plastics manufacturing company, but I later transitioned to managing the finances of my husband’s small business. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion: helping small business owners simplify their finances and achieve their goals. I take pride in being part of their path to success.

Growing up on a small dairy farm in Upstate NY, I learned the value of hard work early on. I was active in 4-H and enjoyed showing my Brown Swiss cow at the Cooperstown Farmers Museum and the Fonda Fair, experiences that shaped my dedication and commitment.  

A country girl at heart, I like to garden in the short summer months, spend time crafting with friends, and I still enjoy exhibiting the fruits of my labor in the Fonda Fair.
